Don't bother. This one is a fake.
The "craft" moves over the lens flare to the right. Objects do not pass over lens flares because flares are created in the lens, hence the name, Lens Flare.

I also found it a bit strange that comments were turned off on this clip.

My new NASA acronym:
No.Accountability.Stop.Asking.

Why the F aren't we getting explanations on aerial anomolies such as this??!! (not to mention quite a few more current and older STS live feeds).

Answer:

Apathy. As long as we don't care enough to hold them accountable for lack of a proper investigation/explanation, we will reap the rewards of our self-imposed ignorance. We don't have the truth because we obviously don't want it badly enough (like anything else in this world) or we'd have already made a collective effort to force it out.

sorry to say this, but please have a look at the other videos of "mobilecheese" ... 1 fake after another, so i guess this is just another fake of him unless we dont get some kind of confirmation for this video.
would have been too good to be true :(

Looks cgi'ed on there. That's my opinion unless someone could verify this is genuine NASA footage.

This video is obviously real. The so-called NASA original is the fake.
You just can't trust NASA. They even said we went to the moon.

That's not lens flare. That's the top of the clouds. Duh! You clearly don't understand photography or what clouds look like from space.
