Highly recommended read:
Everyone knows about the reported recovery of a crashed alien spaceship near Roswell, New Mexico in July 1947. However, most people are unaware that, at the time of the incident, Roswell Army Airfield was home to the world's only atomic bomber squadron, the 509th Bomb Group. Was this merely a coincidence? The power lines to which the lights are attached are visible on some of the footage. Fortunately they're also visible to traffic in and out of Changi airport.
You must have been taking this video of "so called ufo lights" at West Coast Park area in Singapore, where people fly large kites with LED lights at night. Nice one, who were trying to fool? You may fool the rest of world, but not me, huh?
