The UFO (or ovni) was filmed over Patrocínio, Minas Gerais in Brazil .
It seems that this region of Brazil in Minas Gerai, is one of the most active UFO hot spots in
South America, (strangely it's region containing the worlds most crystal mines)

stop with the xfiles song already,....it makes any ufo sighting seem like a joke....
again its a Solar Balloon. Stop it already. look it up and stop it.
That's definetly a UFO it even seems like it was going belly up towards the sun as if to get power or energy from it

On a different note...Why CIGAR shape? it could be a large disc, seen edge on!?...magnify and see for your self??...I'm not saying, its not cigar shaped! just the possibility of it beeing not as we see it..........

If you stabilize the video and speed it up 4x you will see the obvious wobble of the unstable flying object.
