An interesting interview with the filmer of the recent Hollywood UFO video.
They explain what they saw in detail and how the helicopter got so close, it circled the UFO and then flew off real quick.

I been seein' light up above East Portland, Oregon. I don't think they're planes because they go off and on, and have no blinking lights. I also waw 2 in formation moving, then one turned away, then they both dissappeared.
Given the locale, could what we are watching be a movie's FX?
