I would go so far as to say he admitted it but its still intreating. The footage of the UFOs over Washington are really chilling.
We would need to hear the question in order to fairly judge the response.
Why was his answer over-dubbed?
This is so fake.
You fucking assholes need to get laid. FAGS!
Hey moron - UFO believers get laid at a rate of 10 to 1 over thickheaded idiots who can't see further than the tip of their own gin blossom. Fucking idiot!
Anonymous, be careful with your words. I've got the spoon for your brains. Remember?
You all are fucking HOMOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pussy will never have you.
FAGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just love all of these high school remarks. Real intelligent guys. If you just came here to post nasty comments and make light of what you don't understand, why don't you post your hatred and ill-informed opinions on some other forum, say the bulletin board of your tree house or on the cover of one of your unused text-books. Maybe when you grow up, you'll see that there is a whole big reality outside of your 15 year-old world.
By the way, the voice isn't dubbed, it's just out of synch. I've seen this particular piece of film before and Truman was responding to a reporter asking him if there were discussions about UFOs whenever he meets with military officials. Truman was the first president to have to deal with the ET situation and they were still in the process of deciding how to deal with it, publicly.
