This time the NSA (National Security Agency) has released to the public domain formerly classified UFO X-files. Of interest some files point directly to a process of decoding an alien message.
I would like to hear all your feedback on this file.
The index of files are here
And please before you say fake -you can see this is taken from the NSA's website Article 41 - key to the Extraterrestrial Messages by H. Campaigne :
NSA Technical Journal Vol XIV No 1 with FOIA Case number 41472 which has been titled ‘Key To The Extraterrestrial Messages’.
The document authored by a Dr. Campaigne, presented a series of 29 messages received from outer space in “Extraterrestrial Intelligence”.
The article is described as developing a key to understand these alien messages.
Recently a series of radio messages was heard coming from outer space. The transmission was not continuous, but cut by pauses into pieces which could be taken as units, for they were repeated over and over again. The pauses show here as punctuation. The various combinations have been represented by letters of the alphabet, so that the messages can be written down. Each message except the first is given here only once. The serial number of the messages has been supplied for each reference.

It's from iskynews.co.uk (First For Breaking Wind News) not news.sky.com...It's a spoof news site and this particular post was not a real report
Then why is there a link to the document in question which goes to the original document on the NSA website?
This not "disclosure' the same sense as the UK MOD files or disclosure from other nations COMETA Report etc. This is the result of a FOIA request, and tyhe information provided by the NSA is skimpy to laughable to say the least.
I have reviewed the NSA communique and have come to the conclusion that it is not an admission to the receipt of an extraterrestrial message but a cryptological exercise in solving one IF one happened to be received.
After reading and studying the entire communication from Dr Campaigne, I was left with the distinct impression that he was NOT admitting to the receipt of an extraterrestrial message but was in fact offering a cryptological exercise as to how a message might be solved IF received.
This is what the NSA does (among other things), create and solve encrypted messages.
Surely it's obvious by now that the "NSA" is putting out it's "feelers" for the public to absorb>also to get ahead of the wiki-leaks releases.Wake up and pay attention between the lines fellow readers!!
The messages received are in the Appendix at the end of the document on the NSA website. Not sure how much more clear this can be people!
