Lanterns - not ufos over Russian Cathedral 2011 March 23, 2011?
Everyone has been emailing me this video today. Im sorry but to me it looks like chinese lanterns over the Russian Cathedral - or am i wrong?

Nah you are right, doesn't look like it's something special.
Even floats with wind direction.
They don't seem to be effected by the wind, or change formation at any time. Also they have an odd triangul shape, not to the formation but to the individual objects themselves. I'd have to see more footage to know for sure, but i can't say if they are or aren't lanterns. I am starting to lose faith in your ability to positivly identify these craft after you called an earlier video an RC plane, which was actually a large kite with flares attached, and now automatically assuming these are lanterns...? A good UFOlogist doesn't jump to conclusions.
