Window reflexion
Yeah its more likely that its a reflection on the windshield given the fact that its on the inside looking through it at night with car headlights and street lights all around.lights around the camera.
Seems pretty obvious and this video shouldn't have even been posted in my opinion. I had to watch it a couple times before I even noticed what the up loader was trying to show us.

Its not very obvious to the user when their comment has been submitted.....
the only indication is the small text at the top left of the page that states your comment has been saved and will be visible after the blog owner has approved it...
