Witnessed fireball/orange ball like object at 21:50 17 August 2008
over Leeds West Yorkshire over Gipton heading towards Seacroft.
The light dimmed slowly until not visible, this was definately not an aircraft it didnt follow the usual flight path and no strobes.
i had seen the same light. over barnsley 21:51 pm but it was the 18 october. fireball like/bright orange, changed speed and direction, was visible for about 45-1min, going from nrth-west heading south-east
