Its just Ice-crystals.
I just phoned NASA to make sure ;)
yes .. and i am sure that ice crystals fly in perfect formation !... NASA must be sh*ting themselves after this footage got out into public domain
Probably satellites because they fade out roughly in the same place on different moements (in the shadow of the earth)...
